After you’ve had a chance to look around and place your order, another Consultant in the secured storage room immediately begins fulfilling the order while you wait in line. You will know exactly when your order is ready as you see it delivered through our pneumatic tube delivery system. We have added a modern touch to this retro technology with customized clear tubes that let you see the capsules travel throughout the store, the first of its kind in North America.
